DiviRound automatic bread line
Nona Pizza is a Brussels-based chain with five shops specializing in pizza and fresh pasta. Since February 2025, the company has chosen to centralize all its production in Brussels thanks to a MERAND DiviRound automatic line, installed in collaboration with our partner 2Bake.

Asma, production manager for the past two years, explains:
“Before, each shop made its own dough, which created a lot of constraints. Today, everything is produced in the central workshop and then delivered to our stores. We’ve gained in productivity, consistency, and working comfort.”

The key factor in their decision?
“The quality of the dough handling, especially the rounding. We needed equipment that was truly suited to pizza dough, and that’s not easy to find.”

The results speak for themselves:
“The line is smooth, fast, and very high-quality. We’ve seen savings in time, energy, and even staff for the same production volume.”
