ConiBall F2 conical rounder

The conical rounder ConiBall F2 is well suited for pre-rolling a wide variety of doughs, such as rye-based doughs, multi-grain doughs, hard doughs and all types of dough pieces that need to be rounded or short-formed. Up to 2 000 pieces/h. Dough pieces from 200g to 3 000g.

The conical rounder ConiBall is well suited for the pre-rounding of a wide variety of doughs, such as rye doughs, multigrain doughs, hard doughs and all types of dough pieces that must be rounded or shaped short .

The rounding is obtained thanks to a cone which when turning, makes the dough roll along a concave spiral slide. This rounder is perfect for making a tight pre-rounding of the goudh pieces before going to the intermediate proofer. 

Steel structure
• Cone anticorrosive aluminum
Mechanical brush flour duster with adjustable flow
• Mounted on swivel castors, fitted with a locking device
• Transmission belt
• Length of channels: 361cm for breads between 200g and 3 000g
• Electricity: 220V / 60Hz

  • Automatic flour duster: prevents the dough pieces from sticking together
  • Teflon-coated channels: to facilitate the sliding of the dough
