The conical rounder ConiBall F2 is well suited for pre-rolling a wide variety of doughs, such as rye-based doughs, multi-grain doughs, hard doughs and all types of dough pieces that need to be rounded or short-formed.

The conical rounder ConiBall is well suited for the pre-rounding of a wide variety of doughs, such as rye doughs, multigrain doughs, hard doughs and all types of dough pieces that must be rounded or shaped short .
The rounding is obtained thanks to a cone which when turning, makes the dough roll along a concave spiral slide. This rounder is perfect for making a tight pre-rounding of the goudh pieces before going to the intermediate proofer.
