SpiSwing self-tilting spiral mixer
Designed for all types of dough - including highly hydrated doughs (>64%) and stiff doughs (>45%) - the SpiSwing ensures consistent, even mixing without overheating, thanks to its reinforced motor and dual spiral drive system.
Comprising a fixed-bowl spiral mixer and a compact hydraulic lifter, the SpiSwing enables automatic dough transfer - with no manual handling - onto a dough processing table or into a divider. The mixer, mounted on a mobile lifting unit, tilts upward to discharge the dough precisely and efficiently.
Available in multiple models, the SpiSwing offers:

Equipped with a bowl rotation inverter and a “pulse rotation” button, the SpiSwing makes dough extraction easier and is built to withstand intensive use: up to 3 cycles per hour, 10–12 hours per day. As an option, an electronic control panel is available, allowing you to store up to 90 recipes - ensuring precision, repeatability, and simplified daily operation.
