The SkyBac bin lifter provides a steady and continuous dough supply using standard rectangular plastic or stainless steel bins (not included).

Compatibility: accepts standard rectangular bins (e.g., 60 × 40 × 35 cm).
Accepted bin types: stand-alone or wheeled bins (Euro bins, plastic or stainless steel).
Lifting capacity: 120 kg or 250 kg depending on the model.
Maximum lifting height: 2 m or 3 m, depending on configuration.
Mounting options: fixed stand or mobile platform.
Built-in variable speed drive for optimal lifting cycle control.
Optional automatic lifting function available.
The bin can be lifted automatically when the dough bowl is empty, ensuring continuous dough feeding.

Important: this option requires the installation of a full safety cage around the lifter, in compliance with current safety regulations.

Lofty volumetric divider

The Lofty divider can automatically divide dough pieces for breads and baguettes from 1 000 to 2 400 pieces/h. Its hopper with a capacity of approximately 200kg of dough gives the possibility of pouring a complete kneader into it. It is the basis of most MERAND automatic groups.
