RheoPan automatic bread line

We had the pleasure of speaking with Laurent Pedrotti, Quality Director of Boulangerie Belge et Bio, who invested a few months ago in our RheoPan automatic line. This project was successfully carried out in collaboration with our Belgian partner, 2Bake.

  • “We are a company specialized in producing organic breads made exclusively from locally sourced flours, supplying supermarkets and the HoReCa sector. Our commitment: offering 100% organic products.”

Faced with growing demand and a desire to improve production consistency without compromising artisanal quality, the team was looking for a solution that could combine performance and respect for the dough.

  • “We had reached the maximum of our capacity. Increasing productivity was impossible without risking quality issues, and our teams especially needed better working conditions.”

The choice naturally fell on the RheoPan automatic line, composed of a RheoPan Precision divider, a Rotaball By-Pass rounder, a Workbelt, and an Armor moulder.

  • “Our criteria were clear: achieving perfect consistency, a final result close to hand moulding, and a machine capable of working with all our hydrated and delicate doughs. We absolutely did not want to change our product range, which is what makes our success.”

Today, the MERAND line fully meets these expectations.

  • “The line is absolutely amazing! I have nothing negative to say about it, really.”
