The Paxo mixer is designed to handle all types of dough, including highly hydrated doughs. It combines the care of traditional mixing with a robust construction and high user comfort, thanks to its stainless steel bowl and two electronic timers included as standard.

Three models available:

  • PAXO 30: 30 L bowl volume / 80 kg of dough,

  • PAXO 45: 45 L bowl volume / 120 kg of dough,

  • PAXO 60: 60 L bowl volume / 160 kg of dough.

  • Two electronic timers with dual digital display (up to 20 minutes each), featuring:

    • Reminder of programmed time,

    • Continuous and unlimited operation,

    • Automatic switch from 1st to 2nd speed in auto mode.

  • Tilting head as standard (pivoting on two bearings) for easy access and cleaning.

  • Full stainless steel safety cover, space-saving design — when open, the entire bowl is accessible as the cover tilts backward.

  • Integrated storage tray for utensils.

SpiFix mixers effortlessly handle all types of dough - from highly hydrated doughs (over 75%) to firmer doughs (under 50%).

The Lofty divider can automatically divide dough pieces for breads and baguettes from 1 000 to 2 400 pieces/h. Its hopper with a capacity of approximately 200kg of dough gives the possibility of pouring a complete kneader into it. It is the basis of most MERAND automatic groups.
