On February 12th 2014, more than thirty bakers came from Alsace and Lorraine (East of France) to the invitation given by Moulin Soufflet and R&D (one of Merand dealers) at Strasbourg for a demonstration day.
In 2014, Merand will be celebrating 60 years of existence. This French manufacturer which factory is based in Britany (West of France), became all over the years an expert in dough processing.
