Gastrónoma 2025 trade show in Valencia, Spain

The Gastrónoma València 2025 Show has come to a close after three intense days, from October 26 to 28, filled with demonstrations, inspiring discussions, and great encounters around the passion for bread and bakery craftsmanship.

A big thank you to all the visitors who came to meet us, as well as to our Spanish partner Bauuman for their warm welcome and collaboration throughout the event.

Our team, Xavier Le Benoist and Mario Le Benoist, was delighted to present MERAND solutions, from the RheoPan automatic line to the Trio Multipains manual group.
