Gastrónoma 2026: MERAND presents its bakery equipment line in Valencia
From 26 to 28 October 2026, MERAND, French manufacturer of bakery equipment, will be exhibiting at Gastrónoma, the trade show dedicated to food service and gastronomy professionals, at Feria Valencia, Spain.
We will be exhibiting alongside our official distributor in Spain, Mico Frio Industrial. Our installation will present several stages of dough processing and show in practice how our bakery machines complement each other within a single line.

A complete bakery production line on display at the show
For this edition, visitors will discover a complete Rheopan line, made up of the following equipment:
- The Rheopan divider: it ensures consistent, stress-free dough dividing and adapts to the production volumes of both artisan and industrial bakeries.
- The Bypass rounder: it reproduces hand rounding while adapting to the production speed.
- The Workbelt conveyor: it transfers the dough pieces between the different stages of the line.
- The Armor horizontal moulder: it continues shaping the dough pieces and integrates into an automated production line.
From dividing to moulding: continuous production
The aim of this installation is to show how a mechanised bakery line works in continuous production. Visitors will be able to see how each machine links to the next, from dividing the dough to moulding the dough pieces.
