Composition of the semi-automatic solution
Division: hydraulic divider
Intermediate proofer: semi automatic intermediate proofer
Moulding: vertical and horizontal moulder

How it works
The baker:
takes the dough from the kneader,
weighs the dough according to the dough roll weight required and
the number of divisions in the divider,
divides up the dough with the hydraulic divider,
places the divided dough rolls in the semi-automatic intermediate
proofer for resting,
allows them to stand for a time set by the machine's rate and
capacity (resting time respected as controlled by the machine).
The dough rolls automatically feed the moulder.
The baker then retrieves the moulded dough rolls and places them on the baking supports (trays, plates, moulds, etc.).

Rate / Production example

This solution means you can make bread from 3 x 120 kg dough or 45 liter kneadings in 2 hrs 40 min.
