How it works
The baker:
takes the dough from the kneader (by hand or with an or with
an automatic bowl lift).
The whole of the quantity of dough from the kneader is placed in the divider hopper.
on the divider, selects the weight of the dough rolls required
and also their number.
The divider sorts the dough rolls one by one at the required weight and automatically loads the intermediate proofer.
allows them to stand for a time set by the machine's rate and
capacity (resting time respected as controlled by the machine).
The dough rolls automatically feed the moulder.
retrieves the moulded dough rolls and places them on the baking
supports (trays, plates, moulds, etc.).

Rate / Production example
This solution means you can make bread from 3 x 120 kg dough or 45 litre kneadings in 1½ hours.
