We have various divider solutions that you will choose according to your process. There are two categories of automated dividers:


Divider-Rounders :



These enable division and rounding of rolls (20 to 140 g) at a rate of 4000 to 6000 doughballs/hour

DSDR models: 6 versions according to the number and diameter of the pistons.

Thanks to the exclusive 2steps® system you will obtain very uniform rounding. It employs two-stage rounding with adjustment of the pressure and the duration of the second rounding operation.

The DSDR divider-rounder can be complemented by a proving chamber as well as a moulder for the production of your long rolls (hamburger rolls and buns)

Divider-Weighers :

 



These enable division of 100 g to 2000 g doughballs at a rate of 700 to 3600 doughballs/hour


There are 2 versions according to your rates of production and types of dough:

ALVEO+2000 Pocket divider
The latest generation pocket divider specially designed to divide both highly-hydrated and pre-proved doughs and very firm doughs by virtue of the VarioPress® variable pressure system. It also provides highly consistent and precise weight.

Piston dividers, DAM and PM models
Well-suited to soft doughs, with limited time in the pre-proving chamber. These machines are very simple to maintain and economic to operate.
