Square bowl hydraulic dividers
These have the advantage to produce dough balls of identical form which are easy to mould but which sometimes require more pressure on the dough for it to be spread properly, in particular in the corners.

The DIV-X model

 

The most versatile and economic model. The MERAND workshops released this model in 2003, and is an improvement on the EXA-1 model which was discontinued after the release of models with hydraulic divider blades.


The Div-x is a square bowl hydraulic divider. It can be used to shape the dough as well as divide it into 10, 20, 40, or 60 dough rolls perfectly adapted for ciabatta for example, or country loaves. The 10 division grill is one of our bestsellers. A package including three grills is also an option.
