| Trays of 30 or 36 times the weight required for the bread rolls or rounds need to be prepared. The trays are then placed one by one on the divider-rounder. By pressing a lever arm, the dough is pressed and spread out. Another lever brings the blades out to cut these bulk dough piece into 30 or 36 dough portions. Lastly, a third lever is used to start tray rotation and to round the dough portions so as to obtain very regular small balls. |
Trays also have to be prepared and placed on the divider-rounder. Next, simply press the buttons for all the "press - cutting - rounding" operations to be carried out automatically. Ease of use is the main advantage of this version.
