Established in Brittany in the West of France not far from the Mont St Michel and St Malo, the factory groups together the production of all of the machines.

All the machines are tested in operation before dispatch.

For example, the moulders are run for about 4 hours so as to stabilise the belts.

Strict Quality control throughout assembly ensures that clients receive machines which meet their expectations.


We make our "Merand Baking Center" laboratory/Kitchen available to our dealers, established and prospective customers
to try out our machines with their raw materials and their recipes (especially for automatic lines).

In this way, bakers can test the equipment which they are interested in under real conditions.
